I kinda take a different view on this.
Calling Spurs bottlers in our title failures reflected a belief that that squad under that manager was capable of kicking on and making good on its promise.
The reaction to Woolwich's collapse is, IMO accurately, that a team like this Woolwich bunch is just ultimately not capable of reaching the very top and that expecting them to is foolish.
It's patronizing in a delicious and correct way.

If Odegaard is the player going missing fuck knows about the rest of them. He is genuine quality and they are very lucky to have him.
As for Saka not sure, I am guessing he gives 100% at the start of the season and when you go full throttle it’s difficult to maintain. Possibly a lack of experience or an inability to deal with pressure (ie bottle) who knows but yeh it’s interesting 2 seasons Saka has basically collapsed when the run in hits.
