The fouling at corners, it reminds of diving when that got common in the late 90’s/early 00’s. They could have nipped it in the bud but refused.

Always felt anyone who dives should get a retrospective 3 game ban with reviews after each match and any obvious dive you get big consequences.

The corner situation appears to be an Woolwich adaption. Foul and impede the keeper and it’s fine. It’s been so effective Woolwich have built their title challenge on it. It should never have been allowed but to then reverse it all when it goes against Woolwich like the West Ham goal makes VAR look corrupt. It obviously helps us in our relegation fight but it’s dodgy as hell.

I am against fouling keepers but it shouldn’t be reserved for protecting the Woolwich keeper.

That should be the league done now. I'm not too bothered about them winning that if we stay up just dont want them winning the CL. Want their no trophies in europe to continue and certainly don't want them winning the big one. Get the feeling they'll beat PSG though.

Tbf it’s not just gonna be us that suffers. Everyone is going to suffer. In a weird way, that makes me feel better.

Woolwich are the most hated club in the UK. Winning the league is just going to cement that status further. This will make their future failings that bit sweeter when they’re getting bantered by everyone.

I'm not sure what Arteta was thinking putting Rice at RB and putting Zubimendi in midfield instead.

And then starting the second half with putting Skelly at LB and weakening the midfield instead of just taking Zubimendi off which he did eventually anyway.

Worked out in the end but that could've easily gone down as the worst sub in PL history.

Yeah it was honestly incompetence and he’s very lucky.

I wonder if its a PL-thing or not? The league has become unwatchable, the football is so, so shit.
The scum have defo made it worse, its what they have won a title exploiting. You know full well that if the West Ham player doesn't foul Raya, he wouldn't of got his foul from Trossard with both arms round him. You can argue his arms are over Raya as he's being bear-hugged by Trossard, what's he meant to do with his arms? he's got some little grey-haired, aids looking mug holding him round the waist with both arms.

The quality of attacking players is no longer there.

The coach, the data, the pundits and the off field bullshit has become more important.

Who had a conversation about 'progressive passers' number 6's, number 10's etc pre 1999?

Modern football is a number 2 and Sky are taking the number 1.

It's done, the title is theirs
As it should have been since March. The fact that they lost so much ground in April and at one point Citeh even overtook them was such a joy. To see them bottled slightly and crumbled for a while is just nice. Let them win the title after all, I guess is fine now, I'm have come to terms with that. The world have had their fair share of laughing at them already. They certainly will never be respected but despised for winning the title this season.

I'm hoping tonight's farce sparks a bit of a campaign against their tactics now.

Roy Keane had it spot on - they've scored plenty of goals this season in exactly the same manner.

Need the fallout to be long and loud. Get the backlash brewing all summer.
