The UEFA did not replace the CWC. The CWC ran from 1960 to 1999 and the UEFA Cup replaced the invitational Fairs Cup in 1971.

No worries, I'm just surprised at some people putting it down when it was a decent trophy back in the day. The winners list speaks for itself.
