To my mind this guy is pure myth.

He hasn't done anything spectacular. Those who think he's great will point to his time at Southampton, yet the reality points to the work of Les Reed who was really the mastermind on ins and outs of player recruitment.

I think his best work appears to be done at Monaco, but that all tailed off in his third year, which if his planning was good enough you'd expect the team to be incrementally stronger, the Club should be seeing those incremental improvements for a number of years after he's gone because his role is also building out the playing personnel at the academy???

I'm not saying he's shit, far from it but I think his PR is very good and has kept him on the lips of many a reporter as someone who is at the top of his game but that can't be backed up when you dig deeper on the Clubs performance.

Regarding Tonalis ban;
I didn't even have to scroll down to find out who he might make his return against...
Tonali's first game back could be in the Carabao Cup against Nottingham Forest depending on when it is played during the week of his return.
Alternatively, Newcastle's next game following the Forest tie is a Premier League home match against
Tottenham on Sunday, 1 September.

Toney... Tonali... There's definitely a theme forming!

I shoulda cashed out!!!
