Kerr not guilty of racial slurs.

I'm off to call the next copper I see "stupid and white", let's see how I get on
:pochshock:

I agree with you ; but it turned out that the victim ( aka the Officer who interacted with her , and subsequently arrested her ; didn’t exactly cover himself with glory .

Likewise the alleged criminal damage to the cab ( vomit / broken rear window) ; it’s amazing what a highly paid legal team can do for you in today’s world. Apparently it’s called
“ justice “ and it’s quite expensive ,
apparently. I wish we could all afford it .

Ah well .

As far as I am aware the CPS didn't prosecute her because of the taxi damage. I thought that was a bit strange but reading her version, she claims she was trying to escape. The taxi driver drove them to a police station without letting them out (apparently). I can see a woman in a drunk state finding that scary (or at least it is a good story to present to the jury). All the police/CPS had was the bullshit harassment angle seemingly.

She is a plonker and her berating the copper for nonsensical privilege and his skin colour is an insult to logic (and probably by the strictest reading of law a public order offence). However, I don't think charges should have been brought. It seems they were pushed through by the police rather than the CPS, but ultimately the CPS did bring the case after refusing to.

The Judge was still pretty harsh on her though.

Can see Brighton getting something tomorrow. Chelsea have been brutal since Christmas. To me, Palmer looks like he's sulking and going through the motions a bit. He's not looking the same player since Christmas and it's no surprise to see their form completely fall of a cliff at the same time. It's mental that there were some mentalists genuinely bringing them up as potential champions earlier in the season.

Their form fell off a cliff after the alleged drug test failure

I don't see why people are masturbating over Iraola or even considering him for spurs - the greatest claim to fame he has was beating Man City with Bournemouth - Brighton have beaten Man City as well & are doing well only 3 points behind.

You can understand why Brighton brought in Fabian Hürzeler & Iralo have similar CVs in that they brought a team into the first leagues it's just one did it while 10 years younger.

Assuming they beat Southampton today, then Iraola after 25 games will have Bournemouth in the CL spots after selling his top scorer in the summer.

Let’s not forget that additionally they remain in as many cup competitions as we do.

Let’s not also forget that they have also had some real injury issues this season.

This is the guy we need to be all over
