It is a bit weird us laughing at a club that’s won more trophies in the last 2 years than we’ve won in the last 20.
I notice on their forum they have a thread about TFC though. Laughing at us mostly which is understandable from their point of view.
If you guys could just let all the shitty clubs that have won less than us know the rules on who can banter who that'd be great

If we’re being honest most of these threads on rival clubs show a complete lack of self awareness or some delusion.
I very rarely post on them. Only in response to something I find genuinely funny.
Personally I couldn’t care less about rival fan ‘banter’, one of the least interesting things about football. I’m interested in my club, first and foremost - the one I spend time and money following. Will comment on what I think is going well or badly.
Yeah I watched the Neville interview and it’s exactly what they are doing. Amorim is trying to put some perspective on it but they don’t seem to be having it.
He was saying it’s a completely different job to Sporting because there are so many departments you have to deal with on a daily basis to do the job. He also said that the players aren’t fit enough to play the football that he wants.Where have we heard that before?
There will be a new manager bounce I suspect but if there isn’t he will be under pressure straightaway. He was saying the kind of things all managers nowadays say however he didn’t sound like the right person for that job but who knows?

The issue they always seem to have is they aren't prepared to do what's needed and completely rip up the squad - Amorim will get a few early results with the current players and they'll then think they don't need to change everything.
