He might be a good manager but it’s obvious he’s at the wrong club. I could see that from some of his interviews in the week. I’m probably wrong and he will eventually do well there but I’m sceptical he will deliver them the league, which is what he will have been brought in for.

Yeah but man united was probably the biggest club on earth for a couple of decades, they still have the winning culture. Not strong has it was under Ferguson but still there

Absolutely. Those cup wins are DESPITE their current selves; not cos of anything that they're doing right operationally speaking..............

It's the antithesis of us and why we have stumbled at the final hurdle too often in modern times.

Don't care if sounds like Pee wee Herman, he's doing exactly what.l I want from a head coach, he's literally in the middle walking players through tactical shape and distances. He's not stood on the side delegating to some bloke who played bass for Men at Work, whilst thinking about the buffet lunch. I hope to god he's a fraud but I've a suspicion he isn't.

Slot and Amorim were the two I hoped we'd go hard for. Uncompromising in their vision but adaptable to the resources at hand, proven in European leagues.

I suspect your suspicions are bang on. Very good coach - he'll give them the structure they've been without.

I always wanted Ancelloti but I am guessing even he wouldn't have worked at Levy's business centre.
As Slot proved we can't appoint coaches of their quality any more and Levy will look to a Poch type.
