Waited for the thing to completely fall apart and the government started taking notice and then there's all this talk of extra investment to regenerate the area around OT.
United is apparently being run like Thames Water. Give decades of profit away whilst ignoring the crumbling infrastructure, then, when everything is completely fucked, ask the state to fix everything.
