Heard on talksport earlier Radcliffe cost cutting staff. He hired ashworth as sporting director and sacked him 3 months later then paid him 10m compensation. Put ten haag on new contract, sacked him 6 months later and paid him off 20m. Wasted 30m. So decides to cut staff at ground and free lunches saving 1m. Crap decision making.
