The first tweet was that Sullivan was under investigation for rape and child abuse.
Doubt that’s the reason she left. The suspicion has been hanging around for years. It will be finance related and probably something to do with that Czech guy taking over. That was meant to have happened a while ago I thought.
I'm have no doubt her leaving has been in the offing for a while and could be for a wide range of reasons, but the timing sure is convenient.
There's no way she didn't know about all the allegations, rumours, swirling around Sullivan ofc. But her getting out right before he's formally declared an absolute wrong 'un at least means she doesn't have to deal with the backlash and can distance herself from it all.
Even if the actual reason for her leaving is something totally unrelated I'd be amazed if the timing of her departure isn't tied to the Sullivan stuff. Especially given the season ends in like a month - that's the obvious break point.
It's so weird that they are framing this survival race as either them relegating us or us relegating them and how desperate they are to do the former.
We're just focused on STAYING UP.
We're not here praying we relegate spam; that's not our focus.
But it clearly is theirs.
Why they're still under the odd impression that there's some sort of historical rivalry with us is bizarre.

I watched the highlights on MOTD yesterday and I thought they were a tad unlucky (but lucky for us). They had a goal disallowed for a close offside decision and hit the woodwork three times. Hopefully that scoreline deflates them.
