He is worth that to West Ham because they didn't want to sell him at that time, it's an asking price to put clubs off, not that anyone is silly to bid that (unless you're Man Utd).

He has 3 years left now so if he was to go next Summer when he'll have 2 years left I think he'll go for high 80s
 
C'mon Rice is a very good player and will only get better (if he leaves the Spammers). If he had come through our academy we would likewise rave about him.

£150 million .... not a chance, but i Grealish went for £100 million someone will pay it for Rice.
