Their turnover dropped by £40M vs prior year, £225M. Without the TV money which is probably half of that, they are gonna have to slash costs. Double relegation far more likely than swift return
Levy owns about 25% of Spurs , not the majority by some way admittedly. I guess this summer if we stay up will be the ultimate test of ENIC’s commitment. I am expecting to be disappointed yet again
They are royally fucked... don't have a massive squad but they have players on big wages who will have to go. That stadium will be half empty every week (even on a good day). More likely they stay rooted for a stretch or flirt with relegation to League 1.Their turnover dropped by £40M vs prior year, £225M. Nuno is finally making us proud!
As much as I dislike them, if they do go down, I have no doubt they will bounce straight back up , it might even make the current owners sell up , a season in the Championship, winning games and then coming up with new owners, hang on a minute that don't sound to bad does it.........Their turnover dropped by £40M vs prior year, £225M. If they do go down then it’s their 6th relegation in 48 years - I think 8th to 12th is wide of the markIn terms of club size and investment I don’t think that is to wide of the mark
United, Woolwich, Liverpool, Chelsea, City, us, Villa, Everton, Newcastle all bigger with Palace about the same size but they are a bigger club than Brighton or Bournemouth. But in modern football how well you are run is more important than simply money or history. The TV deal means everyone gets big revenue just by being in the prem and thus competent leadership is the key.
Their owners are worse than ours and that is saying something.

I saw that, them and Leeds have done the best with not getting injuries, If they go down maybe we should try and sign their medical team?Unlike us, although didn't they lose one of their players to injury yesterday, West Ham have had a nearly full strength squad all season.

That London "stadium" will be like a noose around their necks. When it was Boleyn then it was full of atmosphere, could get intimidating.
