Not the non execs I've seen... I work mostly in shipping and logistics and have never seen one have a vote. They usually work on different committees, advise on strategy etc but I confess that ive not worked across many other industries and maybe it is different.Not true

Some new context on that window dropped in the Poch thread earlier today actually. It doesn't excuse Levy in any way, but it gives it some more wrinkles.Great businessman but let business override football, and this is a football club first and foremost (THAT transfer window under Poch immediately springs to mind).
Also think that other chairmen in the league had kinda worked him out by now, hence our difficulties trying to complete any domestic deal, or overpaying in the event of any deal
