Change for Tottenham are a group that was set up with the sole function of getting Daniel Levy and ENIC out of the football club because he was a huge part in the absolute shambles we had become in recent years. (And lo and behold it’s fucking working!)
What did they expect them so say in their statement? A 10 page tribute to the bloke?

In American sports, in all of the new arenas, they have stadium distracts. I'm also a Blazers fan and their arena is a massive point of contention because they don't have that area.
The Spurs stadium is in a great position to do that. Which is a crazy revenue maker. That will be appealing. And if that works is undertaken, while we're also being competitive on the pitch, I and likely every other fan will be delighted to hear that.

For better or worse Levy had always been closer to the norm than being an exception in terms of how chairmen operate, as much as many here would like to think/believe otherwise. Interact with the fans of other clubs and you'll realize that they have pretty much the exact same generic complaints about their owners as people here had about Levy.

Fair point, I mentioned this a while back on the other Levy thread when rumours of a sale were being mooted, though with the rider that whilst he might be in a position to drive negotiations as the chairperson his power of influence as a shareholder were limited to a minority with regard to blocking a sale.
At the time other posters asserted that Levy & ENIC were one and the same? Well not anymore or so it seems.
The one thing that still concerns about any possible sale are the covenants with regards to the low interest loan repayments to the banks which cease if there is a change of ownership.
