The players are unhappy because they want marquee signings, which would bring in players on much more money than they are getting themselves, which would make them unhappy.

Wouldn't it just! In this situation you can see how fecking awkward it is with greedy players,agents ect. No helped with the papers getting stuck in,they won't but it would help greatly if the club put out a statement one the way or the other! we are not paying the going rate for players wages, that maybe ok if we were winning torphies, but we are not
so why stay here when you can double your money elsewhere
its not the players fault levy has to fund a new ground, why should they subsidise the new ground by taking less wages here, (by paying less there is more money in ground fund)

This was Pleat's point and one I fully agree with. Rose was not an integral player for much of last season. He has not played football for 8 months. He is a bit dim to kick up a fuss now.
