Ex-Spurs Player Danny Rose

Stuff like this depresses me even more and pushes me further away from the PL. Nobody should get paid a large six figure sum per week to kick a ball around. It’s just mad. And the fact that they all laugh and joke about how much money they're on? Absolutely deluded morons lost in a bubble of greed.

They are no diffrent to any other group of over renumeration (males in paticular) ever hang with any of then banking parasites getting 5million pound bonuses? They are just as entitlement and even worse behaved. This is what free market capitalism unchecked looks like.

Regarding his wages comment , I can understand his point of view & in many ways I dont completely disagree with him, However its the way he goes about it in the media and the manner he express it is poor, depicting himself a " victim of an inhumane travesty " (he was making circa 280K a month end of the day)
The point about the england camp was as much about those players and painting a picture of that noxious culture / environment than it was about him. We know about his struggles with his mental health too.

It could have worded an expressed in a different manner not making him look like a bit of twit, but at the same time knowing his many previous dealings with the media he really does not know how. Hence, due to his lack of his communication ability , I genuinely dont think he was trying to be or come across as bit of a bellend.

Going to tell you my honest opinion mate...I don't think you're ever going to see that man again, I don't think that bloke exists. He was young and hungry but I don't look at Richarlison and see that chippy warrior that is intrinsic to who Rose is. I think Richie fought primarily to secure his loved ones, and he won that battle. Job done. But I actually think he is quite fragile.Hope I'm wrong obviously.
He's clearly now got some major injury issues, without them I think we would have seen the player (mentality) that other supporters got to enjoy from the clubs he's played for. I'm guessing but I think the move to a bigger Club (us) would have helped with the motivation, he would have had a much higher profile and a new support base to please etc etc....

Seeing as his injury has sidelined him from playing for his Country too, I would also assume there lies his biggest motivation of all, there is nothing more high profile or as iconic than being Brazil's No.9

The only thing we know is since we bought him he's basically been injured, even carrying an injury when playing and he's still fucking injured, even had had an opp to address whatever the problem he's got.

I always liked him as a player and found some of his points refreshing. I do feel he was badly advised about going the media - one of his team should have told him to keep his counsel, but I imagine he's a pretty lippy chap and likes to think he calls a spade a spade.
