Player Dejan Kulusevski

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

And this is no good for a club like Spurs who apparently have a higher ambition.

Loaning out a consistent man like Pierre but putting so much faith in Kulusevski who is a nearly man is no good. We just dont have the luxury for nearly men.

But a guy like pierre puts a shift in and knows his role and is more valuable to a club over the course of a season.

3 years on and i still dont know what Kulusevski does or is.

How to say that you know absolutely nothing about football without actually saying that :D :D

"consistent man like Pierre" and "nearly man Kulusevski"

HAHAHAH. I am almost falling off chair laughing.

You are comparing PEH who has never been able to even make a turn with a ball under pressure to Kulusevski that can turn and dribble past 2 or 3 players at one time?!?

PEH is 29 and he quite frankly has never in his life been top half EPL level player. He managed to get a run for us in one of the absolutely worst spells for us, playing for managers who were panically afraid to have possession. Quite frankly Southampton has always been his level. He was unwnated for us and no one would even pay 15 mil for him. Yes, he had decent outings for us where he covered a lot of ground. He put up quite a decent fight in some games. But he had games where he was only pointing fingers and hiding from the ball like it was threatening to kill his family.

Kulu is 24 (!) and has been arguably Spurs player of the season so far, posting best numbers in TOP5 leagues in some aspects. He has ten times the ball control and football brain that PEH does.

I mean you are basically claiming that Skipp is better CM than Modric here :D :D and all that with serious face.
Stop it, you are killing me :D

EDIT: P.S - yes- Kulu had a shit game against Crystal Palace. I agree with that. Just like literally every single player on the pitch that day. It does not mean that everyone who played have always been, are and always will be shit players. It was collectively shit game, including for Kulus part.

I think it's only ever truly three players in a position. In some occasions there ISNT three world class level say centerbacks active. So for example let's take the ENIC years. Kane was for a period in the three best Centerforwards ( Benzema Lewandoski) King was another, Bale, Modric. That's pretty much it at us. Clubs like Chelsea and Arse probably have seen more.

Who's the last the (red) scum had? .......Henry?

Nice to see him get two assists. But I don't think his overall performance was amazing.

He was pretty much non existent in that second half outside of wasting a great chance to pass to Werner for a tap in.

He's had better games and will have better games. But ultimately, his assists won it for us.

Some guys just dont have that intuition. They just DONT get IT. If you have decent judgement you could see all of this play out like you are seeing in 6th dimension

Kulusevskis career will be average. He’ll be fairly valuable for a club like crystal palace. He’ll have a consistent career of mediocrity, score around 5-6 goals a season and retire.

Not nasty just stating the facts. He isnt a special player.
Bro... cmon now- I know you weren't exactly raised suckling from the teat of knowledge but this is just ignorant.

Imagine notching two excellent assists vs Man fucking city and a bunch of absolute morons log on here and dig you out?

At a certain point you just have to stand back and laugh at the insanity of it all.
It was a second string team and we treated it like our cup final.

Lets see this same energy against Villa when it matters. And thats genuine. Because turning up just because its pep and a second string city is all well and good but its poser stuff

You call knocking a two yard pass back to Sarr to score a worldy from 25 yards an "excellent" assist? The first one was an excellent assist.

He then disappeared for the the next 90 minutes. Werner was on the pitch 30 minutes less and only had 3 less touches than Kulusevski.

We were playing ManC kids. Sunday we were playing Palace and he disappeared there.

This guy is another Lamela. Arrived from Italy with some ability and supposedly potential, but it's just Moments here and there (everyone one of which is exaggerated and over hyped by his fans) and a whole lot of nothing else. He's not 18 or 19, having his first full season or two, he's 24, and been around first teams for 5-6 years now, the guy flopped in Serie A, failed here for most of the time after a decent first 6 months. It's not like he hasn't had minutes or chances. Can't play wide because he's a fucking trundler who isn't great 1v1. Can't play midfield because he's not capable of carrying the load that midfielders have to do.

Eriksen would be a great example of a player with limited physical qualities, who couldn't move with the ball, but who had the wit, vision, movement and technical execution to actually influence games constantly and consistently, whilst also consistently producing end product. As well as producing tangible stuff like goals and assists year on year, he would also press, see a shit load of ball in midfield and quietly dictate games. At Kulusevski's age he was getting 23 goals/assists in the PL, averaging 50 odd passes a game.

Kulusevski is nowhere near that. Nowhere near.

It's so easy to give you the shovel and just let you dig.

Stop with that shit........ It's not true.

Spurs AVG age 23 tonight.
Man C AVG age 26....... 2 newbies started. 5/6 of their starting XI played/won CL final(s).... Savino has played the bulk of their minutes this season (7 prem / 3 CL) ...... Then they added Diaz & Silva to the mix.

We played teens and finished the game with Gray, Moore and a makeshift back 4.

They had 7 first team players in their starting X1 having rested about 6 from weekend ....... and Spurs rested about 6 from weekend too.

Do you ever engage brain before posting ?

If you think a City team missing Haaland, KDB, Gvardiol, Walker, Rodri, B.Silva, Ederson and with Foden as the F9 and two youth players in central midfield isn’t second string then I dunno what to say.

Look at the players who did start for ManCity - that's the relevant fact..... they are the ones we beat.

I know you don't know what to say - and I have no idea why you fail to engage brain before posting.

You said it wasn’t a second string. You’re now falling back on ‘well what’s relevant is who we beat’ because I listed their actual first string and you have no argument.

Too easy & trying to deflect with ‘engage brain’ stuff will only fool other smooth brains. We beat their second string.
