But look at it objectively: he is knackered, he was played at rw tasked with running in behind when he hasn't got the pace to do so, he had zero midfield creativity behind him.... he had gray at rb who isn't a rb.... what do you want him to do? He needs to play 10, that's proven. We played him the whole game because we have no one else.
Come on, the fan base is so reactionary. He is playing away from home against the best team in the world, with 7 first 11 out injured, lost his striker first 30, had zero midfield creativity around him, was played out of position.. what do you want him to do? He had 3 players on him every single time he got the ball.....people live in a dream world expecting players to do something in these circumstances.
He is absolutely dead on his feet, it's insane what Ange is asking him to do. I've never seen a manager use his squad as badly as Ange and put such demands on individual players.

Sure those injuries are an issue but Ange's tactics are making it worse. Instead of focusing on team cohesion he just asks players to run around like madmen trying to conjure things out of nothing.
In that first half Deki had zero support from Archie at RB and was asked to bulldoze his way past 3 Liverpool players every time he got the ball and tried to get us up the pitch. That is never going to work. It was like he asked the back 4 not to cross the halfway line but told everyone else to get forward. Stupid amateur shit that was only ever going to make the game easy for Liverpool.

Rewatch the game. Look at all the times he lost the ball. Analyse the options around him and what he could of played or done to not lose it then get back to me. He was shit. Got to be one of the worst players with Son for losing possession.

He was moved there by juve, he started his career at 10 and was best at 10 but juve bought him and moved him right, where he really struggled. He then came to us and did well for the first 6 months in a conte team that was flowing. He isn't a rw, he does not have the pace for it. He is a 10, he even says he's a 10.
He dwelled on it due to no support.... gray was no where to be seen and had clearly been told to stay back by Ange, the midfield was none existent so he had no out ball at all.
