During Poch’s time, Eriksen usually ran the most. Average about 12km per game. Deki was running average of 15km per game last season.
That’s 8 miles for Eriksen compared to Deki 10 miles.
Basically run him into the ground and now we have the result.
Doubt we see him this season.
It doesn't... its a thinly veiled jab at Ange
But the injury was caused by an impact from a Guehi tackle. I mean... that's not in disputeIt absolutely does. Even excessive walking will produce pain in that area. I ran 250km over the course of one month before and I can assure you area of my knee was absolutely fucked
I think it was a clash of knees with someone and the extent wasn’t discovered until post-season when he had to have surgery.

In a game he should not have played in imoBut the injury was caused by an impact from a Guehi tackle. I mean... that's not in dispute![]()
It absolutely doesn't. I ran, played football and rugby for best part of 15 years and I had no pain in my knee... I'm now over 50, play golf 3 times a week carrying my clubs and I'm overweight. Still no knee pain and I've had an ACL replaced. It absolutely does. Even excessive walking will produce pain in that area. So we should tell our players to run less. And certainly with less intensity. In fact maybe we should ban them from getting out of a light jog?A heavy contact challenge can easily do damage as well. The added stress of constant running too. Not good
Absolutely nothingWhat does this have to do with an impact injury which could have happened in training let alone in a match?
That's because I've never seen a player make a forward run, get the ball, then run sideways or backward as much with it as he doesDuring Poch’s time, Eriksen usually ran the most. Average about 12km per game. Deki was running average of 15km per game last season.

Do we actually miss this guy or is his absence from this season's shitshow making him a 'better' player?
I seem to remember being so frustrated with him last term, yet I'm angry he has been out with a slight knock for nine months. Does anything but the payment tills work properly at this damn club?
Not to mention his vocal drive and willingness to step up. Dejan is a big miss given our current situation with a lack of leadership within the team.Of course we miss him, he got 7 goals and 4 assists in the league last season. Thats more than any of our equivalent players will muster this season.
Really? You should try watching the odd Spurs game mate, it's the only thing we're good at...That's because I've never seen a player make a forward run, get the ball, then run sideways or backward as much with it as he does
