Thought he was a monster as our safety in the last line today. Nullified so many dangerous counters
So I just want to mention Danny Rose and Poch. Danny said that until Poch got hold of him hes never been actually taught how to play fullback. He then got picked by England and turned into the player he did for a few years.
What if it’s the same for Udogie?
He was a wingback before he came to us, Danny was a midfielder. What if hes never been properly trained to be a defender and fullback. Sounds crazy but they’re obviously doing one on one work with him as we saw this week. I just wonder.

Porro was really good today.
I think he’s got all the tools to be a very good player. Just needs more composure in that final third and good coaching in the defensive basics. The talent is there.

I think Spence Udogie is a brilliant position for us. Id like a slightly diffrent profile player to view with Porro

Since I joined this forum early summer I was so suprised at the amount of people saying destiny is not good enough and we should of got rid.
He is an absolute monster and very difficult to stop, he has all the tools.
I really think that coming to the club as a wingback who moved to fullback and then ange playing that system when the fullbacks tucked into midfield and pushed on really messed up his game along with the injuries.
Hes back on track now as a traditional LB with much more to his game going forwards then djed has.
