It probably doesn't feel great to be the best young player in the championship, signing for a club that just made top 4 and then being at clubs like Rennes, Genoa and Leeds not too long after because the manager doesn't care about you and made it very clear.
Whatever it was, I'm glad its working now.
Needs to play on the right , at least he will give the opposition full back something to think about and he is very direct . I’d very happily sell Pedro pony , he can’t defend and adds very little to our attack .
He has the BAE aura about him. Looks disinterested but comes up with solid efforts. An easy fan favourite
He looks great dribbling on the left. He can cut inside better. He can also defend better against left footed players looking to cut inside.

It’s amazing isn’t it. Multiple managers wouldn’t play Spence, we are forced to play him out of position due to injuries and he’s still playing quite well.
Obviously a good player there, probably trains awfully or must have a terrible attitude to be overlooked like he was.

I know him and I've always liked him his talent was obvious from the off. To any one bit the thick the biased and Ange Postecoglou. Best fullback at the club easily.

Ange has done what the miser told him to do in my opinion.
Ange has left Spence out of the side, on Levy's instruction, to protect the 40 million Levy wasted on Porro.
Spence was behind Emerson Royal last season and Ange 'preferred' to pick him ahead of Spence too for the same reasons he is now protecting Porro's value to the miser. When Spence plays he generally plays at left back, in Udogie's absence through injury. All the while Porro is making defensive mistake after mistake and is played every game despite being 'tired'.
Royal played games for Spurs, at right back and centre back, so the miser could recover some of his losses.
Conte and Jose would probably have told Levy to fuck off or just ignored the bell end when / if he asked them to do similar.

It’s really not that difficult to understand. This is about Djed deciding he wants to be a PL player and he wants to be a Spurs player.
He was on loan at Forest because he didn’t click with the Middlesbrough manager.
He signed for us and Conte straight away decided he didn’t click with him,
He then went on loan and didn’t click with a string of managers. Ange had a look in his first pre-season and he didn’t click.
Then this summer Djed didn’t get his move to Genoa for 8m. 8 fucking million. Crazy bargain. The penny dropped and Djed himself had a heart to heart with Ange. Whatever it is they agreed on for Djed to get his chance, Djed has done that and got his chance.
Now he’s taking his chance. It’s a good news story for our club and a good news story for Djed. That’s it.
If Ange has failed to see that Spence is the best right back at Spurs, for the last 18 months, he deserves the sack.
Marcus Edwards got the same treatment when he was loaned to a Daniel Farke team at Norwich. Edwards was tagged as having a 'bad attitude'.
Edwards was sold and Winks got 200 games for Spurs.
Spurs then loaned Spence to another Daniel Farke team at Leeds and the same playbook prevailed.

You are acting like it’s just Ange who didn’t click with Spence until now.
It’s been a string of managers at different clubs. The thing that has changed is obviously Djed himself.
Spence was on loan at Forest from Boro. Spurs bought him but other clubs wanted him.
His treatment at Spurs is all that interests me.
Boro and Forest were pissed off that he didn't want to stay with either. For me that is the only story worth noting.
The fact that Spence has shown an unbelievably good attitude, despite being ignored at Spurs for 18 months and played out of position when he has been given a chance; suggests to me that we have been sold a fairytale about this player's personal life and attributes.
He is a top player who always gives 100%. He has a great, winning attitude.
