Much better recovery pace too -left back still dampens his attacking play. Will be a better RBIn terms of ability on the ball, difference between him and Udogie is like night and day. He looks much more comfortable in tight spaces, his vision is way better, and unlike Udogie he can often pull it to his weak foot because he's actually capable of using it, which makes him hard to predict for opponents. He never crumbled against their high intensity press today, wonderful stuff.
Considering Ange asks his fullbacks to play like central midfielders, him being right footed is actually an advantage when he's playing on the left. I can genuinely see him keeping his place even after Udogie comes back, he’s barely putting a foot wrong whenever he’s given the chance.
I love you
I still wonder why he just got his chance by default.
Why on earth didn't Angelos give him a chance before?
