He's a Palace/Everton level player which right now is a step up from us but historically is a level below what we should be aiming for.

He is exactly what we bought. A sub £10m player who fills a spot due to being English. The fact he still gets minutes show how bad our squad building has been
So, we're lucky to have him then! He's a Palace/Everton level player which right now is a step up from us but historically is a level below what we should be aiming for.
He’s shown glimpses of talent that got him selected to the England squad.Still cant work out if he is any good or not or just average. Think average. We wouldnt miss him if we lost him in the summer, for example.
Or unlucky depending on your view point.
Yeah, that's a fair summary. If anything I think you're pulling a few punches. He’s everything I hate in a modern day footballer.
He thinks he’s better than he is but can never back up his beliefs. He’s a poser. He thinks he’s a gangsta. He is a coward on the ball and only wants to pass back to a centre back and point. He can’t cross. He can’t use his weaker foot. Won’t shoot. Can’t deal with anything diagonal over his head because his positioning is shit. He wears tights!!! And most of all his attitude is shit.
He can be an excellent one v one defender but he’s losing that now too. He’ll never get into the World Cup squad.
I watched a video today of the players running out for training and he just bugs the fuck out of me. He’s so unlikeable.
I hope he’s the first one out of the door.
He's not even that good. He found his level in the Championship. He's a Palace/Everton level player which right now is a step up from us but historically is a level below what we should be aiming for.
He’s shown glimpses of talent that got him selected to the England squad.
I just don’t think he’s got the right mentality to push on and become a consistently good player.
Thinks he’s arrived, rather than just being at the start of his journey.
Why do you associate him with nandos, chicken, gangsters and smoking pot?God I miss Kyle walker, this &*^% is not worthy of even lacing his boots, you can imagine this &*^% sitting in nandos with the rest of his gangsta, pot smoking posse, their eating their bought for them chicken blowing smoke up is arse, and he just strolls onto the pitch with the belief that he ls an international, world class legend.
Unfortunately poor dele got stuck on the same path.
I would rather give our youngsters a chance to cover for porro and our Brazilian left back
MONEY has long since ruined our beautiful club in more ways than one,and the game as a whole
When we were interested in him we played Middlesborough in the cup. Now we played shite that day, but Spence really didn't impress me. I thought he was utterly shit defensivelyHe's not even that good. He found his level in the Championship.
It's difficult to argue against any of that. He’s everything I hate in a modern day footballer.

Maybe it's his mental age that mis-leads people?Yep. People think of him as a young player but he isnt, he is 25.
I've no idea why, though if you watch his interview with Rio you might get part of the answer at least? tbf, it's hard to be associated with Nandos without also being associated with chicken. Why do you associate him with nandos, chicken, gangsters and smoking pot?
Another player who hasn't been nurtured or guided properly, he has talent but he has shown glimpses however he is another one in the long line of players who hasn't had a coach to get it out of him, it's it a coincidence that none of our players are actually improving at this club and have been swallowed up by the shit culture where players are fine to drift and not take any accountability.
Give this guy Poch or someone like that, get him to focus on his football and buckle down and he will get his head down.
I think maybe Bergvall has, but that’s probably more organic with extra time in the league than coaching.Indeed, can't think of one player who has improved this season
.under Frank? Playing as a 10 or a winger, think he's been shite this season. Not his fault with that odd ball playing him in those rolesI think maybe Bergvall has, but that’s probably more organic with extra time in the league than coaching.
