Player Djed Spence

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Yeah mental he’s actually going to a World Cup, English fullbacks must be really poor to not be picked instead
Would've gone with Lewis Hall, classy player. Already have Livramento in that can cover both sides. Djed is decent defending 1 on 1 which on paper is useful but don't think we'll be starting him anyway against the sides with those top players so bit pointless.

Congrats to him

I can see Tuchel deploying him especially against those tricky wingers Yamal, Doue etc... - his 1v1 ability is very good.

I think his versatility is helping get him in...
Same reason Archie Gray might find himself called up to squads in a few years ...

Good on you Tuchel, stand your ground!

So basically we have an English journalist mad at a German coach for picking a Spurs player who has suffered at the hands of incompetent Australian, Italian and Danish coaches.

And then asking why their favourite son frok Manchester Shaw isn't going instead of the Muslim yout from Tottenham .

Being Skeletor, I can't wait till they interview Foden and Palmer's mommies about their sons exclusion.
Plus the cuck Trent's dad too.

What a time to be alive!!

We have much better ones. Trent and James are much better right backs and Hall, O’Reilly and Livramento all better left backs.

He’s gone because he can play both sides and Tuchel loves an athlete. That’s it. He’s not really good enough.

It's good to see him getting the recognition he deserves. Also good to see that Tuchel understands the club's situation and not using that against Spence and seeing that he's the type of fullback the team needs, someone who's good at defending, has pace and can cover the right and left.
