He's England level if we're talking about right now, during possibly the worst striker drought in our history.
Sure, he's there if the level is Ivan Toney and Ollie Watkins. If the level is Kane, Rooney, Shearer, Owen, Lineker, Greaves, Hurst etc., he's not close.
I get your point. I'm just not sure this is the best time to hype up a striker as being England level. If it wasn't for Kane, we'd be shit in that position.
He’s playing at the same time as Kane. As a rotation option, sure, but I reckon he could have been a rotation option behind Shearer or Lineker… Steve Bull was next up after Lineker, Solanke is better than Steve Bull was

Anazing how someone could put Solanke in same comparison bracket as that list. All those guys have scored far more top level goals than dom. More importantly they could all create goals out of nothing. What happened to the famous heading ability of dom.

They may have played a bit deeper but; still strikers in the early 90's.
Playing in a bit of a weird position, I’m not sure he knows what to do.
If we received a decent bid in the summer I’d sell but what would be preferable was if we signed a better striker and he was the back up.
