The phrase “stand up and be counted” was invented for him I thinkStandard 100% commitment.
And came through with the clutch assist.
A player with great integrity.
Never a moment of slouch or half-bake.
Add two top wide players and his level goes up even more.Surprised there's not been much mention of Dom as captain.
Early doors in his Spurs career but he's always turning up and bringing the energy despite playing most of our matches. Tremendous hold-up play, good eye for a pass and will score more as we upgrade our wingers. Wears his heart on his sleeve.
Agree, a captain in the making. Class player and personSurprised there's not been much mention of Dom as captain.

If we had a winger who we could rely on to put dangerous balls into the box on a consistent basis he would be getting double the amount of goals easily.
I can under people criticising his finishing (it’s not elite like Kane or Son) but his all round play is superb. People who don’t rate him just don’t understand football. Football isn’t just stats.
Impressively wrong
Solanke’s hold up play is legitimately close to Kane levels.
He’s definitely quick and we see it every game.
Runs with the ball every game too.
Underrated passer and has regularly scored from the edge of the box last season
What are you watching mate?
Yep Kulu's form has dropped a bit recently but Big Dom has been consistently good since he got back to full fitness.
Solanke could turn out to be one of our worst ever signings , not because he is that bad
But because he cost£65m and is always picked.
He is a mediocre - no other top 6 or even top 8 club would buy him.
He has been better than I thought he would be - and is in course for around 12 goals and three assists . Which is not good enough for someone who plays all the time - for a top 6 club.
It might even be better if he was very bad - then he would be dropped.
But being just mediocre - means because of the fee -he will play. Which means for the next couple of years we will have an average player as our main front player. It shows a lack of ambition and judgement .
Buy bottom half players - and you become a bottom half team
