Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Never forgave the ugly little scrote for his criticism of the England fans that had travelled all the way to South Africa to watch him and his mates barely raise a sweat. Next to useless when it mattered for his country.

Amen.... Fuck Rooney.

Dare we also mention how he repeatedly held United to ransom and IMO going back to Everton in the parasitic manner he did lacked class as well... Granny-shagging, multi-time cheat too.

"Legend" :llorishuh:

Didn't watch on Thursday, but from the sounds of it, I'm glad I didn't.

Odd that we'd move away from the 343

Unless Dier is in a back 3?

It's a good thing if it means Kane as #9 IMO.

We largely went 3CB cos we had doubts about our CBs... Things aren't as bad on that front as we feared during the qualifiers (Cahill & the United duo finally out of the mix!). Thing is though are we are brave enough to not pick 2DMs against all but the weakest opposition... 3CBs is a veiled excuse for us to do so (with Dier/Hend in front of them)... If we go 2CBs, I reckon we'll see 2 defensively inclined CMs picked (be it 4231 or 433); thus much of a much-ness on the defensive end of things.

(When we were struggling at times in the WC we were effectively defending with a back line of 5 + 2 CMs forced to sit deep; is it a wonder we couldn't relieve the pressure once we found ourselves under the cosh against Colombia & Croatia?)

We still have the pace at FB to get them up the pitch under a 2CB system.

No Niko Krancar for Croatia.

Must be joining 'arry in the jungle.

Seems only fair; I mean every one gets to take 'one essential' item in with them, right?

(P.s. Counting on 'da kids' to rig the voting and furnish me with gifs of Harry eating Kangaroo Bollocks for a fortnight... Don't let me down, yoot-dem!)

Must have been a hard decision between Niko and his car door.

It's already offtopic, but Niko is one of the most likeable Croatian players ever. Even though he wasnt great as Modric or Rakitic. Part of that is because he was playing for 2 best teams in our country.

Highly enjoyable player, so classy. A typical 'Spurs player'

I remember in 2009 when Modric done his ligaments against Birmingham so we had to play Kranjcar instead and a few months in we all thought "Who cares about Modric" and "How is Modric going to get back into this team?"

Turns out, he did and Redknapp started to play him central midfield instead (Thank god)

I absolutely loved our Croatian 3.

Corluka and Lennon were excellent.
Modric and Huddlestone/Parker/Sandro was excellent.

and Niko with his all round classiness. I still remember us beating City 3-0 and Niko nicking it round Toure before nutmegging Given. Just excellent.

Both Niko & Charlie = Good lads IMO.

What's the view of Niko back home? ...."Unfulfilled potential" or just "good guy, decent player"?

Always felt there was a better player in there to what we commonly saw.... Kind felt he was merely happy to have made it to the big time.

Good player but bit lazy and like you said unfulfilled potential. He was great for Croatia. But on club level, it's decent career.
