They can easily prove he had inside info and passed it along (which is insider trading for him) but that doesn’t necessarily prove the people that he passed it too knew it was inside info which would determine if they would face charges.
If they did or even suspected it was, I hope they get the deserved punishment as well.
Seems like many of the people were given a loan by Lewis , of hundreds of thousands , did the deed & then gave the loan back keeping the dividends

If he still owns shares , directly or indirectly in THFC, then I suppose it's possible that the assets could be frozen, if it goes that far.
