Thanks for proving my point.

You're welcome, the people that do are fast becoming a minority. Football has sold it's soul, it has no morals whatsoever and I've had enough of our club being a laughing stock.

If we need to be bought by a oil or gas rich state in order to truly compete, then so be it. I'd prefer owners that are genuinely ambitious and aren't repugnant human beings but hey, beggars can't be choosers!

Everyone has their own moral thresholds, why lambast people who are uncomfortable with the idea that they don't want their club to be a sports washing vehicle for slavers and homophobes.

Somethings are more important than trophies.
IF the stuff about Patagonia is true (and I have no idea if it is) - Lewis doesn’t seem too different from a murderous/PoS third world dictator. Anyone actually do any research into the allegations? IF true - worst of both worlds sounds about right.

Oh well, that's alright then.

Now you've explained it I'm fully behind discrimination and slavery now.

Do you want to see a successful Spurs side?
Of course, who doesn't.
You're not going to whilst we have our current owners.
Possibly, probably not.
It's entirely possible that the choice isn't morally pure ENIC or oil/gas rich state that hate gays and women and like to kill journalists.

But if I had to choose.....
It is entirely possible, but if you think there's a billionaire out there that's going to buy the club for £3bn and then spend another £1bn on players without looking for a return on their investment then I've some magic beans to sell you.

If I had to choose, I certainly would NOT choose an oil/gas rich state that hate gays and women and like to kill journalists.

I've said it many, many times on here.
I'm not adverse to new owners, it's the type of new owners that we'd get that worries me.

Do people have sources saying Lewis no longer owns spurs? Everything I’ve seen has called him the owner of Tottenham Hotspur.
It’s about the handover to his daughter but the allegations happened before it.

I’m wondering if he’s pissed someone off in the states for them to go after him

The connection with Mauricio Macri and the Panama papers , which many uk politicians are not a fan of being mentioned

Thought this was common knowledge? I posted about this yesterday, he signed everything over to his daughter
How do people not understand that the allegations are before the handover . You think they’ll say “ oh you handed it over last October …. We’ll not look into that side of your portfolio”

It’s ridiculous. They’re clearly after him & they are not going to turn a blind eye

Edit —- I’m not saying they’ll find anything & hopefully they don’t but they won’t ignore a huge part of his portfolio at the time of the crimes.

There’s also confusion regarding how much of ENIC he still holds ( not THFC) but it’s of course connected . Just looking at the property companies floating around Tottenham , I’ve said it years ago , it’s very hazy bordering on questionable . If they’re really after him they’ll look into everything
