They are happier, but not completely happy. They have got in their main targets though, now looking for one or two just to strengthen the overall squad.
Our main target should've been at least one CB and also to resolve the Kane drama. Still waiting on both.
There is a difference but I'm sure you won't agree.
Agree with that.I'm only interested in how long our club takes to fill key positions, granted we have a GK, a winger, and an attacking midfielder in good time but it's a CB that really needs to time to settle into the first team and get used to everything involved.
What's going to happen if we either don't get a new CB before the Brentford match or even if we do by then, they'd have missed the opportunity to take part in our pre-season and settle in. so our defence in that scenario is compromised?

No manager is.
I'm sure you would agree.
Oh look, we both agree that no manager is completely happy, and that Kane, and the CBs issue needs to be solved .Sure, I mean there's Pep happy.

And Ange 'happy'.

We need some CBs and Kane's future to be resolved. Clock is ticking.
Oh look, we both agree that no manager is completely happy, and that Kane, and the Cans issue needs to be solved .
The only difference is that some of us aren't throwing a strip about it 24 hrs a day .

It seems to me most of the anger and bitterness is coming from the Levy / ENIC in mob aimed at those who are critical or concerned at their continued incompetence and negligence.Neither am I, just posting the occasional comment on my favourite thread.
We finished 8th last season and are soon to lose our best player but nah, everything is fine, nothing to worry about.
In all seriousness, is he trapped in an extended gardening leave? Have I missed itITK, so keep private please.
When on notice for City Group, Tech ran a scan of his permissions and docs, found he had a copy of all City targets at all levels, marked “Daniel will suck me dry for this info”.
It‘s now with the lawyers.
Pinch of salt.
Agree if they are PL proven and an experienced, established player. So if we sign Laporte or Dias next week, no problemAgree with that.
However, a CB is the 2nd easiest position to work into a team.
GK being the 1st obviously
Centrebacks obviously. Replacement for Kane definitely. New midfielder for PEH, Latest rumour is Kessie, a really good box to box player but we’d lose him, Sarr and Bissouma to ACON in Jan-Feb next year. Could be left short esp with the Bentamcur situation. Also linked with Gallagher and Luiz a.t.m. I also fancy Amrabat. Thanks mate, it's a serious one as I'm interested to see where people think our starting 11 realistically is.
Id personally say 1-2 players.
New CB alongside Romero and another MF to partner with Bissouma and Maddison for when Hojbjerg leaves. Id be OK with Sarr but would rather someone more experienced.
2-3 depends who gets sold (lol)Thanks mate, it's a serious one as I'm interested to see where people think our starting 11 realistically is.

I was joking. Even if Dias was somehow randomly interested in joining, not a chance Levy would close a deal and match his wages regardless of the fact he’s world classOff topic but where does this idea that City and Spurs would do business come from?
They don't even want us to have an administrator from their China department.
It's well known that Levy has led the complaints about them for financial irregularity. Pep speaks about Levy and Tottenham in every other press conference.
The two clubs clearly have bad blood at a boardroom level. They sold woolwich some deadwood because mini lego Pep is what is known as safe opposition or a useful idiot.

Exactly. I imagine he has a healthy bonus based on trophies, as well as some sort of indirect FFP avoidanceCity's face value wages should be taken with a big ol' pinch of salt.
The principal owner and Levy's mentor and business partner has been charged with financial crimes. It's honestly a shambles when you look at the show that Levy is running.

Yeah you can discount us ever paying out a bonus for winning the trebleFair, but I'm pretty sure our players have bonuses and the such added to their contracts too.
IF this never happening scenario were to somehow magically happen, we could afford his wages as long as we weren't bidding against someone offering 400k a week or something ridiculous like that,.
