Tottenham Hotspur Stadium Ltd is a separate entity, but it is a subsidiary of Tottenham Hotspur Limited. The football club is actually Tottenham Hotspur Football & Athletic Co., also a subsidiary of THL.
So I guess they could technically sell THFAC from THL, and maintain ownership of THSL. But you'd have to find a sucker willing to buy a club that leases a stadium.
It's actually listed and operated as a separate Ltd company to the football club so if wouldn't be too difficult

Don’t agree with that. He keeps waving his knickers at us and if he gets us back in the prem he becomes god of the club. He isn’t going to Brighton or Newcastle ahead of us even if we are down. Real Madrid yeh of course but that won’t happen.

Yeah never happening. Without the stadiums ability to generate revenue and give those who want to buy the club a huge leg up on PSR, they're not buying the club.

there could be a win win for all partys in selling THFAC
the owners of THFAC could move the team to a new stadium where the rent was cheap (LCC own a place at stratford)
and THSL would have another 19-25 extra events they could hold at NWHL (doubling what they have now) no more having to buy & pay players, very little in the paying out section

The fact this is even KNOWLEDGE, let alone being discussed, proves just how far away from FOOTBALL this club has become...
When I was a kid, the only 'Upstairs/non-Footballl names' I was ever aware of were Sidney Wale & Arthur Richardson... that was IT!
I guess there were fewer board members and excecs back then, but there clearly were some.... You just never knew of them!
