Just need levy/Enic out of the club.. The whole club just needs a fresh start with new owners to give us fans some actual hope! The club has had such a negative atmosphere about it for 3/4 years now. in that time we have been through 4/5 managers, 2 directors of football, completely changed the way we play football to being a counter Attack team. While most of our rivals are playing some of the most entertaining football.
we have Wasted £100s of millions in the transfer market On bang average or mentally weak players.
All this stems from the top of the club and the bad decisions they have been making not just for 3/4 years but pretty much throughout the 20 + years they owned this club.
I just struggle to see the atmosphere improving unless Enic and levy suddenly change the way the run the club which is unlikely or we get in new owners who actually show some ambition and have a semblance of an idea they know what they are doing on the football side of things.

We are strategists off the pitch and tacticians/opportunists on it. Liverpool and now Woolwich have shown that is wrong you have to be strategists in all aspects.
Yeh the atmosphere and feeling is not great. It’s nothing like the days of Jol, Redknapp and Poch. Club needs new energy, it doesn’t help that we have now had 3 managers who are often defence first in Jose, Nuno and Conte.
If we ain’t winning shit and we are charging large ticket prices then we need to be playing more swashbuckling football as compensation although Conte’s style with proper centre backs who can play and pass isn’t bad but we don’t have them Romero aside so there is room for a fix if we invest.

Style of football under Conte hasnt always been a problem imo. When we were sold and controlling games to start the season we had our best ever start to the Prem. But the media machine went to work on creating the boring narrative. Since then we have conceded and had crazy comebacks with heart and character but also some shit results against teams solid enough to stop us fighting back.
But ultimately there is a price to pay if you want to win in this league and owners have yet to show they have what it takes. Maybe they will. It’s just been 20 odd years of promising and not delivering so far.
Conte’s system is far superior to Jose and Nuno’s however if you watch Inter Milan or any other Conte team, it uses press resistant ball playing CB’s and aggressive wing backs. It’s the CB’s and wing backs that generate the creativity in Conte’s system rather than say AM’s in Pep’s system.
Our lack of players in these positions means his system doesn’t work properly and I have found this season painful to watch to be fair, having Sanchez and Royal being our creative players Is a mess. I am Conte in but only if the club invest properly in giving him the squad he needs. If we are going cheap might as well get Poch back or someone else.
Yeah this is all fair. Romero, Perisic and Lenglet seem capable of playing Conte’s system now. Sessegnon isn’t a write off, Spence it’s now 100% clear was the club telling Conte they were signing a player for his system without him agreeing. He is good and could end up good enough but clearly isn’t now.
A billion out of multiple billions and the rest of the other billions on players and salaries and coaches to try and keep them competing.
If you can't see the difference then you really are beyond help.
ENIC would spend all their vast wealth on ways to make more wealth and spend the new wealth on more ways to make wealth.

It’s mad people watch today & think yes so glad we got levy & enic. We are going places under them!
I had a feint hope when we finished last year strongly, and then had a 'war chest' to make a good squad very good. When we finished the window having bought Jed Spence as an afterthought I lost all hope with ENIC/Levy. I'll keep supporting but won't take much interest with current setup no matter who they replace Conte with.
