I wouldnt disagree. For what its worth i did get involved in the Sugar out one back in the day and now i stopped going just before Covid as i didnt want to give them anymore money. But its still my club so i'll moan on the internet in the meantime as i'd quite like to go again under owners that want to prioritise the football team. Its a place to vent at their incompetence thats all. Overall though, yes we are a very subservient fanbase.The fans need to take their fair share of blame, they boo our team, boo certain players, boo the managers but don't have the same energy for the owners. People go on about how the board have put the club in this plight which is 100% correct but my God this fanbase act like complete cucks, only really have their faux outrage and hide behind their computer screens but when it comes to real life action they don't have the same energy.
If our fanbase actually acted like they give a damn and got off their self entitled asses and bothered to partake in a coherent protest towards these chumps them maybe just maybe that would at least force some change or some action, why is it the vast majority of other fanbases can come together when they're not happy with how their club is being ran but this fanbase act like Internet Gangstas and keyboard warriors.
So yeah carry on booing our players and our team, carry on with the negative energy on social media when you should be having that energy for one man and one man only and trying to force a change, that ain't gonna happen sitting behind your computer screens.

The view from the lane podcast today discusses this, Danny Kelly knows people not renewing season tickets and the feeling of general unrest even amongst moderate fans .

I agree, but the media revel in it and there is definitely a section of our fanbase who love the drama of shit going wrong more than us winning matches.
