While they were adding various types of representation on the fan advisory council, maybe they should have been made sure to add low income fans as well?

Not defending it at all but it’s a likely a way to push people into season tickets packages, and they frankly aren’t as worried about the odd traveling fan being impacted. If someone looks at the difference between going to 2-3 games versus a season ticket, the latter becomes a much larger value and the club just increased their revenue from that individual. Especially considering it likely means more more money also spent on concessions and other commercial activities so their total it’s an even bigger win. Plus, individual game tickets are likely inherently more costly to manage for the club.

Again, not defending the increases. Just looking at the likely rationale from the club.

In all seriousness though things like this won’t do fuck all, imagine though it even 20k fans decided they weren’t going to spend a penny inside the stadium ever again ,just go watch the game and leave after without spending an extra penny, something like that would really start to get big Dans attention!
Haven’t they just been given the go ahead to hold the maximum 16 non football events each year?

They'll make their revenue up there mate.

In short, they've got us buy the short and curly's. They really are despicable owners.

Yeah, this is pretty rank but that's Levy and ENIC for you. Trying to rinse as much money as possible our of their 'customers'.

They won't be seeing a single penny out of me though, not as long as they're in charge.
We gave up our OH memberships this year. I feel more satisfied and vindicated with every passing day.
It's such a shame so many are now feeling so disconnected with the club.

They won't say a single word about it. The tactic will be to pretend this stuff doesn't happen but hype up every signing as if ENIC are doing us a favour.

Isn't this meant to be how a season ticket works? Disgusting gouging by ENIC obviously but it shouldn't be cheaper to get them in singles?
I think the issue is that ST prices have been frozen (🥳), however, there has been an approx 20% increase in individual ticket prices.

Those of us with STs are alright (for this season anyway), but members are being hit hard.

I think it points to an inevitable 15% - 20% increase in STs for the 24/25 season. I'm dreading seeing the price of a pint in the stadium!

Because some of our fans are complete twats

Unless you like every Spurs fan out there which you obviously don't because you call out and harass enough of your fellow fans on this forum.
I don't think I'd ever refer to half our fan base as 'twats'. Neither would John

I may think them misguided. Gullible, And sure, a few individuals may even match your description, as some Levy out fans probably do.

But that's a strong word you use to describe in general fans who are genuinely fed up with the owners. Even if you disagree with their campaign.

Nah they're genuine twats.

The thing is the stadium will still sell out for the big games at least,
Each loyal fan will replaced by a tourist or someone corporate and our new wonderful stadium will be complete in its transition to a soulless quiet multi purpose events ground! The golden cockerel should be replaced by a sign saying
“There used to be a football club here”
