I stand by nearly everything I post. Almost all of it comes to fruition with time. People hate the negativity because they know deep down that it’s probably accurate.

As for the ‘lol’ posts or whatever else, I’ve always mixed serious with unserious posts. It’s not that deep.

Ultimately I can’t take people who still haven’t seen the light that seriously. Like, entitled to opinions and all but meh. It’s so obviously just wrong.

People hate negativity because it tends to ruin people's experience. Just because you like to live in the negative, and view the world in the way you do, it doesn't mean others want to or are somehow living in denial.

That’s not it’s just fucking daft.
Some of the utter rubbish I read about our players makes me wonder if some of the posters here are actually living on the same planet as I am.

Unbalanced squads, lack of leadership, inexperienced players and revolving door of managers is the hallmark of his tenure.

He had brief periods of success under Jol, Poch and HR. But you have to say the return on 20+ years of ownership is poor.

Of course these people are living in denial. We just lost at home to Ipswich. This team and club are in a crap state. It’s been obvious to anyone with their eyes open.

Now we are at a tipping point and the ‘negative views’ will become popular suddenly. Negativity becomes normality so quickly.

It’s not even really negativity. If anything I’ve been too positive this season - predicted numerous wins which were losses. We are actually more inept than I imagined.

I wasn’t negative under Poch at all and once we have a team that is competent and a coach who is the same my views reflect that. I’m not going to pretend a reality exists when it doesn’t. We suck. We are mid table. Our whole operation - footballing wise - is mediocre.

People just chat shit. Like deluding themselves in to thinking we actually have a really good defence because of one out of context stat. Or clinging on to underlying metrics this far in. I can’t do it. Fair play if you can, but it’s fucking bollocks mate. You and others can swan about pretending Johnson isn’t a shit footballer and Kulusevski is the new coming of Zidane, but I won’t be joining in.

This is the English fetishising shouty masculinity. Ledley King and William Gallas were leaders and both considerably better than Dawson ( who I love) all three of them were tough as steel and would battle till the end. They ALL start in our current side. Steve Perryman never shouted either. Character which our current team lacks like bravery isn't shouting.

You were positive and upbeat about Poch in his first season and the start of his second after we picked up 20 points (1 point more than now) after 11 games unable to beat Leciester, Swansea, Everton and Stoke?

I find it hilarious you’re still doing this. Ange isn’t going to be a success here. If he survives this season it will be a miracle.

The spending on this squad dwarfs what Pochettino was given. We aren’t meant to be in the same fucking place lmao.

The guys a dud. Get him out of your picture and give it up. One he’s an ugly fucker and I dunno why you want to look at him more than you have to, and two he’s a crap manager.

Since the stadium construction began, and especially since COVID, we have seen one clear pattern emerge:

Daniel Levy has sabotaged the club’s footballing productivity to ensure the club’s financial productivity. That’s basically why this all happened, and will continue to keep happening.

We will never win another trophy with Levy at the helm.

The calibre of player we're signing now is LOWER than the calibre we were signing 10 years ago.
Rather than increase our wage structure to attract better players, we've streamlined our wage bill to fatten the profitability flow.
We've given up on proven managers who win at the highest level in Europe and chanced on an aging journeyman with no CV worth the paper it's written on.
The whole thing is a scam.
