The rumour is defo still live but now it could be Oman/ME money. Who knows but it’s clear Staverley is at the front of it.

She only has several hundred million so needs a consortium behind her in order to buy in to or buy in total.

She’s not too fussed where the backing comes from as long as they back her vision and plan

Yeh she is a fixer, I doubt it would be much of her cash.

Keep reading that Collecott should also go but with ENIC still in charge at the moment why would they get rid of him as unlike Cullen he's pretty high up in the ENIC hierarchy.

Job title at Spurs.

Operations and Finance Director

Matthew Collecott is also Group Operations and Finance Director of ENIC having joined the group in 1998

Exit of Daniel Levy’s right-hand woman signals biggest Tottenham shake-up under ENIC

Exclusive: Donna Cullen had been on Spurs board since 2006 but staff were notified of her resignation in email seen by Telegraph Sport

Daniel Levy’s right-hand woman Donna Cullen has stepped down from the Tottenham Hotspur board ahead of what promises to be the biggest shake-up under the club’s Enic ownership and the possibility of fresh investment.

On the same day that former Woolwich administrator Vinai Venkatesham started work as chief executive at north London rivals Tottenham, Cullen’s departure was revealed by Telegraph Sport before being confirmed by the club.

It is anticipated that Cullen’s departure will be one of many changes, with head coach Ange Postecoglou still waiting to hear whether he will be sacked, chief football officer Scott Munn’s future in doubt and questions arising over Matthew Collecott’s role as operations and finance director.

Sources believe the shake-up, which is expected to be far-reaching, could be the prelude to fresh funds being pumped into the club by Enic, which is keen to remain in control of Tottenham, or in the form of outside investment.

Enic provided £122.1 million in owner funding since its 2001 takeover to June 2024, the equivalent of just £5.3 million per season. The majority of that came from a £97.5 million share issue in May 2022, which had initially been announced as being worth up to £150 million.

Since Enic’s £97.5 million share issue, a total of 13 English clubs received more owner funding, while the owners of Tottenham’s rivals Aston Villa have poured more than £600 million into the club since their takeover in 2018.

Enic did invest £35 million into the club in January, but chairman Levy made it clear that Tottenham would not spend money they did not have, with the club’s net transfer debt standing at £279.3 million.

Even with Champions League qualification and £200 million-worth of profitability and sustainability rules headroom, that would put Spurs in the position of needing to sell to buy this summer without investment from Enic or elsewhere.

Venkatesham’s appointment is believed to be linked to potential further investment from Enic and he has already advertised for a business operations lead to work under him.

Levy is considering whether to reappoint Fabio Paratici, the former managing director of football, to a full-time position once his worldwide ban – for his role in alleged false accounting at Juventus – is lifted at the end of this month.

There are also expected to be further changes behind the scenes, with the club’s medical and sports science departments facing scrutiny. West Bromwich Albion confirmed the appointment of first-team coach Ryan Mason on Monday evening after the former Tottenham midfielder agreed a three-year contract to take his first permanent managerial role.

Companies House listed a change in the details of both Cullen and operations and finance director Collecott. Tottenham said there was no announcement planned on Collecott and it is believed some of his personal details had been altered. Outside sources had suggested the Companies House notification indicated a change of Collecott’s role either inside the club or with Enic, who he joined in 1998.

Cullen had been on the Tottenham board since 2006 and was seen as Levy’s closest ally and most trusted confidant, sometimes to the dismay of former staff and managers.

Other than her prominent role in the building of the stadium and training ground, one of her key achievements was to help Tottenham become the Premier League’s greenest club.

Telegraph Sport reported in 2023 that Tottenham’s accounts showed that the club had more than £300,000 wiped off the value of a sponsorship deal with Vivopower, which was hailed as a first of its kind by Cullen. The battery technology company is part-owned by global enterprise firm Arowana, for whom Cullen’s son, Alexander Assim, was an investment director.

While she may not be widely known among non-Tottenham fans, Cullen was viewed as a major influence within the club and Premier League circles, and was the target of criticism from Spurs supporters who have protested against Levy and Enic.

In a statement, Cullen said: “This has been such a hard decision to make. The club has been my life for the past three decades. I have had the privilege of working with Daniel, whose vision and energy have driven the club forward, and so many talented and wonderful colleagues.

“It has been quite some journey, starting at White Hart Lane, with a brief stay at Wembley and finally our new home – amazing memories home and away. Ending this season with the Europa League trophy was a dream come true. The time is now right for me to gather more time for myself and my family, whom I thank for all their support over the years.”

Levy said: “Donna has made an immense contribution to the club, over an extensive period. Her diverse responsibilities grew significantly and replacing her roles with a single individual will be impossible.

“Her daily input will be greatly missed, however she fully deserves to take time for herself, and I know that we shall be able to call upon her advice when needed. We wish her well for the future.”

Protest group Change For Tottenham released its own statement in response to Cullen’s departure that read: “While this departure alone does not signal the full change our club needs, it is a step in the right direction. With a new CEO, we hope this signals a shift in culture and one that puts football first, rebuilds trust with fans and charts a new, more ambitious path forward. This is not the end, but perhaps the beginning of something better.”

I didn't know wearing a tshirt two sizes too small whilst being off your nut on recreational material is what qualified you as an ITK. That's where I've been going wrong.

Meh

Could you imagine the scenes in some basements if Levy was to leave

Grown men sobbing uncontrollably for weeks , there would be a fair few on here that would be inconsolable ,tears running down their little faces

Lol - the funny thing is that literally no one would be doing that yet some on here would celebrate more than they did, for longer than they did, than when we won the Europa....

Don't want to spoil everyone's fun but it would appear the current board of directors of Tottenham Hotspur Limited are

D Levy .......................ENIC
M Collecott................ENIC
P Charrington ...........ENIC
J Turner ...................Independent

3-1 to ENIC then :)

Isn’t Charrington installed because ENIC want to sell

There was someone who worked with Lewis with his other businesses that said Charrington is the guy Lewis sends if he is not happy to shake things up, ie he is not their for a jolly but to sack people and change things. If the Lewis trust fund is looking to sell then of course the poor football performance since the stadium move will affect the price so this might be the first time the majority ownership of the club has taken a more proactive stance. What that means going forward is anybodies guess.
