I am not in any respect anti-Levy or ENIC. Arguably the best run club in the PL and solid as anything.
But fans of the club want to believe glory is possible, and that's only secured with a strong and competitive squad of players.
If Levy/ENIC dont want or can not fulfil that, despite public proclamation, then they need to offer an explanation, seek new investment, or consider selling up.
If we were a lesser club and if we had not just won the second biggest European club trophy, it might (only might) be okay. But we have.
If the route to be competitive has become one under whoch Levy cannot deliver he needs to do the right thing, and we then need to hope the security of the club can be combined with a bit more ambition on the pitch.
