Wednesday night players arguing with fans was a disgrace and bad PR. Board should be ashamed of that imo. Players are frustrated we are being run by amateurs. Nice bloke etc and good professional but im baffled why players like davies are at the club. If it was a veteran maldini i can understand that but seriously? We need fresh ideas at the top so the board need to sell up. Wednesday night was totally unacceptable. Amateurish.

Players need a talking to about this. I dont like this all hanging about on the pitch high fiving everyone, they never used to do it but it has crept in the last few years. By all means go and clap the away fans but you dont need to speak to them. I thought Palhinha spoke well about what happened anyway and it was all fine. Trouble is, it gets spun out as being more than it is. So the players need to keep their distance. For now, anyway.

He explained that the Club is not immune from these rules, having not made a profitsince 2019 and having made significant losses since then compared to other PremierLeague Clubs. This means we need to buy and sell well, and be disciplined, as well as grow our revenues"
Excuse Me What GIF

I absolutely agree 100%.

I'd rather they just fucked off down the tunnel after yet another shit performance.

The supporters know who has had a good game, who deserves to be clapped and who deserves to be told they were shit.

If the cowards who have played shit want to creep away down the tunnel rather than face the supporters we should actually vocalise that they have our permisson to do so.

Can't believe all this crap being aimed at the Spurs support from within the dressing room and now on the forum too.

We are Tottenham.

Not the cowards.

So in order to be classed as successful at Spurs you need to win a league or champions league?

Or is it just a cup, so FA Cup or Europa League are acceptable and successful? If a Europa or FA cup means you’re successful but league positions aren’t that high, then Ange was a success but Poch wasn’t?

Or if you insist it’s only Leagues and Champs League you class as being a success, then your standard is just too high for what we are and our competition.

Wages, budgets, what you spend on transfers will always by and large be the biggest factor on how successful a team should be. If we’re the 6th biggest, then anything above 6 should’ve been on paper a success, because we’re competing against bigger fish financially.
Add the champions league where we have the European giants aswell and we should’ve never been near a champions league final.

Absolutely getting us to a champions league final and finishing 3rd twice and 2nd once can be classed as successful.

Why do you think PSG wanted him?
I've said it a million times and i'll say it again, with Poch we had a brilliant starting 11, maybe even one of the best in the league, but the squad depth was fucking shocking, look at the goons last night and the players they had on the bench, if Poch had that kind of depth we would have won it all!!!!

ENIC wasted that golden generation of players and manager but not giving us any depth!

It's the managers doing it that I find annoying. Shake hands with the other manager and get down the tunnel. I've mentioned it before. It is just for show.

Success is winning trophies. Kane left because he could see we were not going to do so. He was not satisfied with runners up positions which he got in his first year at Bayen as well. Yes league positions are important to qualify for Europe but in ten years time I will still remember 2025 as the year we won the Europa league but could not tell you which year we came 2nd in the PL and did we come 3rd twice? I would have to check. I remember we won it in 1961 and ended up close in other years in the 1960's but not the details. We won the F A Cup in 1962 & 67 & the cup winners in 63.

Going back to a Manager that failed in the past would just show they lack any ambition but to just qualify for the CL. I want a Manager that wins things and gets a respectable League position. Yes we need to be in Europe but not just for the money. Glory before money.

I can reel off all the years we won something but Poch was not involved in any of them.
What it has the potential to do is bring everybody back together and pulling in the same direction again. The club is in disarray and that needs to be fixed because we won't be getting close to another trophy until we do.

I actually have no problem with it, we've always had our fair share of cunts in the fanbase and it is this minority (home & away) that react viley towards the players and are too much of a coward to ever confront anyone unless they had thousands standing behind them.

That said not a big fan of throwing petrol on the flames when the current disconnect between fans, players and Club is so obvious. i.e. engage with the fans post match to celebrate a win and feck off into the tunnel if we lose.....oh and try not to get caught supping out of a dirty gooner cup on camera 😉

A limited edition tie pin to commemorate winning the fa cup 125 years ago- we are being royally trolled by our piss taking owners / they need to cash in now because the way we are being run the club will be worth fuck all in no time

guys, we can debate players, coaches, medics, tactics, etc. etc. etc.

The club culture and therefore environment is rotten because of these losers. They are 'Slavia Prague'-level owners who ran into the riches of world football buying a BIG club. They do not know how to own a big club, how to run a big club. They do not know what a big club means. They do not have winning mentality at the top of world football. They are the eternal and ultimate mediocre mentality.
I hate Mourinho to the bones, but we are the only team where he failed to win. Imagine that.
Conte won and is winning everywhere, except here. He put it perfectly in that press conference for the world to open their eyes. These owners instilled the LOSER mentality into this great club, they made it a laughing stock.

Six months ago they came out and threw promises everywhere, WELL!!!!! when one acts like that and talks about intent, show us something. What have they done since? (on and off the pitch). What sign did anyone see that indicates things are changing???? The team is ravaged by injuries in many positions. One who talks intent and ambitions, would have plans of reinforcements right way. Would go to the top 2 targets a manager requests and put the money down for the players to be in on January 1st. What have we seen? We are shopping for bargains still. Spending 1/3 of the window on a 18-year old. Imagine that. Man City are LOADED and sit 2nd in the table, and they already put the money down and completed the signing they wanted. THAT IS WINNING OWNERSHIP!!!!!!!

Save your effort and mental health debating the symptoms. Go to the source and focus there. Until we, fans, all push into that direction to force them to sell, NOTHING WILL CHANGE. We have buffoons owning this club and we are all now buffoons because of it.

SELL THE CLUB YOU LOSERS!!!!!!!!

- Sold Johnson, 4 days later, 18 minutes into a game, we lose our other right winger to long term injury (3 month layoff for Kudus)

- 2 wins in 12 PL games

- Romero handed an extra 1 game ban

- Tel wants out of Tottenham

- Dragusin wants out with a move to Roma likely, a week after Takai left to go out on loan. Would Leave us with just Romero, Micky and Danso as our main CBs

- Micky no interest in signing a new contract with the club

- Micky and Porro clashing with diehard away fans

- Paratici on brink of joining Fiorentina

- Matt Wells has left

- Still no factual date of return for Solanke or Kulusevski

- 9 days into the window sat 14th with no signings despite a reported £150m budget not including Johnson money

- Gave Bournemouth their first win after 11 winless games, with Semenyo scoring with his last ever touch of a ball for the club

- Thomas Frank backed by the board and seem to be tolerant of the woeful football and league position. Managers have been sacked for not getting Champions League at us, yet here we are, satisfied because at the moment we havnt dropped into the relegation spots. Thats how low a standard we have now set

I think its safe to say we're in a crisis

Where have you been?

We've been in crisis for 25+ years now.
