ENIC In or ENIC Out

Probably but I remember it being a theme under Harry too . Can’t be arsed to confirm it as I’m cooking . We’ve always lost to relegated teams
Having anyone over?
sniff GIF

If Ange was dealing with the better quality of the relegation scrap this season he’d be in fucking trouble.

If Ange had had Frank's record he'd have been sacked back in November and we - fans and club alike - would have realised the desperate straits the squad is in and acted accordingly rather than wasting the January window like we did.

Anything is better than the situation we are actually in, no?

And assuming we stay up (or perhaps even if we don't) the next gambit is clearly to use Poch as a human shield between them and the fans.

Point of order, is this the same poll as it was under the old "Levy/ENIC" title of this thread? Or did the change wipe away the old votes?
If I were an unpopular owner, that’s exactly what I’d do. Will seem like an easy win for them. And probably will be.

The Frankfurt we played this year was DEFINITELY worse than the one we played last year. No Ekitike and much worse league form.

And the Bodo/Glimt team was quite literally the same, they play in calendar years up there so it was the same season for them.

We definitely played a couple of extremely weak opponents in the EL group phase, but Galatasaray and Roma were better sides than Slavia Prague and Copenhagen.

It's not like we need to apologize to anybody for it, you get the schedule you get, but our CL slate was comically weak this season. We played several teams that would not have been in the competition in the prior format.

It is the Champions League, though - the money on offer automatically makes it more important than the EL, as it's over £100m to get through the group stage, versus around £15m in the Europa League

So last season you got around the same entrance cash without kicking a ball in the league phase than you would for a EL semi final

For context, that's significantly more money than you get for winning the league for most European clubs.

Not saying they wouldn't try in the EL, but there's far more incentive to play full strength in the CL versus EL

Where are the protesters now? Why aren’t they out on the streets setting fire to shit? Where are Change? What are the Trust doing? Is this descent into the Championship just being accepted by everyone? Was last year purely about getting rid of Levy? Seems that may be the case.
Last year was about getting rid of ENIC. It always has been.

Levy was the public face of ENIC tasked with running the football club so naturally most of the ire and resentment was aimed at him. A tangible target we could see and we could hear.

Nobody expected the stinking, fetid boil to be lanced while leaving the disgusting root cause to continue festering away under the surface.

As Levy is ENIC, we all assumed himself and the Lewis cartel would eventually fuck off together.

Seems we are missing a lightning rod.

We could just use “everyone out”?

You have to speak the language of the owners.

"Lewis Family Out"

The issue with "ENIC" is that they are effectively a shell company that is now ignored (seemingly) by Tavistock, because it was just a little project to protect Joe's little honey pot for Daniel to play with. They've made great pains to ensure that Daniel is completely cut out of the lines of influence now, which is probably why they are disassociating with 'ENIC' as a 'brand' or term.

After all, it could well be that a new owner would buy ENIC, instead of buying the club off ENIC, as some kind of strange way of transacting and saving "The Lewis Family" some tax money, so 'ENIC out' is about as redundant as saying "Tottenham Out" in that sense, because we're not ENIC-controlled any more; all the leadership/decision makers are Tavistock employees

For whatever it's worth, the American rhetorical convention for this sort of thing is just "Sell The Team".

Maybe that works better for our case versus playing whack-a-mole over who exactly needs to be "Out"

Ultimately

After all, anyone could take control as a Tavistock employee and be an amazing administrator, but would ultimately still have the same constraints that we've always had - an ownership model that is 'investing' without 'investing', like a pension fund that matures itself.

The antidote for that, of sorts, was our incumbent leader (which is why I don't dislike him like others), and it's unlikely to be a coincidence that they have pushed him out to try and make more cash

Ha ha ha ha....ha ha. 😆

You'll spend the rest of your life smarting and but-hurt because for all these years Joan was proven right!

Seriously...I understand how difficult it must for you to admit you were so wrong for so long

Come here .:angehug:

Literally not wrong about a single thing.

Like I would ever be butt-hurt about an opinion I have about football lolol

You protested much lately, my lil keyboard warrior?

Tottenham Massive Tottenham Massive gonna need to get a new tattoo...

Being lectured on "fan unity" by that guy is the most shameless thing I've read on this site - and there's been some pretty fucking shameless stuff on here :D

Matt1882 Matt1882 and I have a complicated relationship.

We tried to be the new Dady Dunk ( Shadydan Shadydan + The Extra Mile(sey) The Extra Mile(sey) ) but we mever managed to quite get it right

What Shadydan Shadydan and I have is special

That magic can't just be artificially replicated

It feels like relegation is inevitable now.

No wins in 2026, Forest drawing and West Ham winning.

The managers have not been good enough, player recruitment has been poor and even those who are good simply couldn't give a flying one atm.

But we all know where this all points to.

Part of me actually hopes we get relegated, just so we can see the fuckwits gone for good. I genuinely despise them and cannot wait to see the back of them, whenever that's going to be after they get their greedy, disgusting valuation met.

These fuckers need run out of town but in the world of multi-billion pound valuations it feels so fucking impossible.

And don't anyone dare come back with "the Lewis kids are new owners". Fuck the Lewis Kids. They need shooting out a cannon.
