......so he won't be coming hereThere is not and has never been the slightest chance of that.
We're all being prisoners of the chaos of the moment a bit here.I've nicked this from another Spurs site.
It puts in to bed the Levy nonsense once and for all in a far more articulate way than I ever could.
Absolutely nails it
Let’s stop this rewriting of history right now please. Levy and ENIC are one and the same.
Levy was 100% an ENIC man. Levy still owns…what is it 30% of ENIC? Levy was implementing the ENIC strategy. He agreed that strategy, he was a central part of that strategy - he believed in that strategy.
Can’t believe the belief that he was some kind of prisoner…desperate to spend 90% of income on wages and play amazing football.
It was in black and white when he took over, he said it in public, it was about business not sport. Levy is fully responsible for the know nothing about football boardroom culture.
Take the example of Nuno. Levy makes a statement about getting back to the Tottenham way and then appoints….Nuno! All of us as football fans just laughed at this.
It was all in front of our eyes, the catastrophic lack of even basic football knowledge from Levy and his mini me minions in the boardroom. 25 Levy years under Levy and there was NO football strategy or identity.
He knew nothing about football because he cared nothing about football.
he cared about the investments in property and the creation of an entertainment and property corporation.
They turned us into anchor tenants FC. We are trapped our club is owned by corporate vultures. Think about how our fans who wanted to protest this were mocked on here. The writing was on the wall years ago. This season is all part of the same story.
I'm not sure.
You're tying yourself in knots there mate.As ever, the issue now is that it isn't really a case of 'ENIC' being in or out
ENIC was effectively the ringfenced Daniel Levy project that represented about 5% of Joe Lewis's net worth
DL grew it to be most likely 70% of Joe Lewis's net worth, and "the lewis family" have clearly set their interests on it now and have arrived to harvest that under the pretense of being saviours. ENIC only really exists now for admin purposes, to separate the "Daniel Levy and Family" from the rest of the Lewis fortune.
Because of that, it's not a case of ENIC in or out, or ENIC management this or that. It's a case of Tavistock, or "the lewis family" in/out. I wouldn't actually be surprised if the next psychological trick is to transfer the majority ownership into a different company for a re-branding exercise, and leave ENIC with 25% or so shares in trust to "Daniel Levy and certain members of the Levy Family" or whatever the wording is.
You're tying yourself in knots there mate.
Management has transferred from the sole purview of Daniel Levy to whatever the hell the new regime is, that much is true.
But the Joe Lewis Estate is either going to sell Spurs or it's not, it's a pretty clean and binary matter.
ENIC International Ltd remains the majority shareholder of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club Plc. As has always been the case. The parent layer that's always been here is now in charge and needs to be referred to correctly, because they have not once referred to themselves as ENIC

I honestly don't even know what you're on about.
ENIC, Tavistock, "The Lewis Family", it all means the same thing. It's Joe Lewis' Estate, legally (and it seems practically) no longer in fact operated by the nominally still breathing Joe Lewis.Chelsea's majority owner was Fordstam Ltd under Abramovich
It's not really that hard to understand. The majority owner of the club doesn't even acknowledge the existence of ENIC as the club owner. It is a paper trail
Yeah

ENIC will do as a colloquialism.

Cristian Romero future in doubt as Tottenham plan summer overhaul
archived 9 Mar 2026 18:48:05 UTCarchive.is
The state of this piece they have fed to Matt Law.
"Trust us, we are putting together a plan for a squad overhaul"
They really do hold fans in real contempt thinking that we don't see through the likes of this shite. They are so transparent, straight out of the Cullen handbook.
I mean there can be no dispute that there are new people. The point is that it clearly doesn't. There are people who think this is a new era with new people.
I mean there can be no dispute that there are new people.
The Lewis heirs, Vinai, Charrington, however power is actually allocated at the club now, none of the parties involved had any involvement or influence over the club's operation whatsoever until at the absolute earliest October 2022 and were not in any meaningful way controlling the club until the day Levy was sacked.
Is it a new era? Is this a project whose ambitions are sporting rather than strictly financial now? Other than cynical puffery transparently pushed out through friendly journalists we have little reason to believe that, and unlike Levy, for whatever his mountain of faults, these new people in charge have no experience, no expertise and no credibility.
It is very different in the sense of Daniel Levy's 25 years of leadership no longer being immediately relevant to our analysis of the club's leadership and its current performance. But when the ninth richest club on earth is staring down the shotgun barrel of relegation, the question of leadership performance rather answers itself.
