football gives them 19 home games +any cup+ euro games, but costs of playing staff must hit any profit there
but the other events (think there are 24) + racing cars (not stadium tours, skywalk etc) most of that must be pure profit

I think you have to also take into account the tv revenue, it wouldn’t exists without the football , which we may well find out soon
The TV, the prize money, the shirt sponsorship, sleeve sponsors, advertising boards, the ridiculous amount of food and drink sales on match day, the merch. The football revenue isn't just tickets.
