No change in that enic still owns majority control of Spurs.
Lewis family now have a new minority shareholder in enic.
We may not see or hear of any difference in the immediate future - but why anyone would commit that amount of money to end up with next to no control is a good question. Maybe they will resell their stake in enic to multiple smaller holders (eg 5% each) at a higher price than they paid, who knows ..... or maybe they want to buy out Lewis family over time

It is a minority stake either way so they were never going to get any sort of control. But still feels weird to see Levy officially be out.

Yep..a common misconception, that figure relates to his ENIC share and since they only own 85% or so of the Club it averages down to the figure quoted.
I believe it was deliberately kept below 25% to prevent him being able to vote certain things down.
I'm sure last summer there were a lot of rumours he wanted to do a buy but was fund to be nowhwere near wealthy enough to do so.
Bit of a concern if he's gone out and find someone with a bit of cash to get his claws in. I'd rather someone who was utterly dripping with cash rather than anyone who has to scrimp and pool to get it.
