Manager cant win on this one. Win and they are champo fodder. Lose and more of the same.

What’s probably best is a controlled win with no injuries and very little “entertainment”.
 
With the injuries, not too many alternatives to playing a Gray/Dragusin CB partnership. Have a Bissouma/Bentancur CM2 in front of them as being most robust

Start Lankshear to give Solanke a bit of a rest. Leave Kulusevski and Sarr on bench although they probably sub in during 2nd half so that we have more semi - rested players for the weekend. Most of our best u21's are on loan so the players on the bench are the most likely : Dorrington (CB) back from a lengthy injury but only just about match fit.

Yep they'll be bang up for it, especially to get one over ex-Celtic Ange. Our players will be out of form, crippled and unbothered. Recipe for disaster.

Bissouma is the type of player that needs to be punished to learn a lesson.
If Ange had balls he should have taken Bissouma off instantly after that crazy tackle for Gray.
Bissouma doesn't deserve to play for letting the team down like that.
He can sit out rangers and Southampton.
We need to get a grip of this ill discipline that ends up costing us. We shoot ourselves in the foot so many times, especially against Chelsea. They go out thinking it's a war instead of playing with clear heads, making rational decisions and just playing them off the park.
Battle of the bridge under poch is a classic example of imploding under pressure when we could have just played our football. Last season another example, this season was third time lucky.
