I thought Bissouma and Sarr both had solid games. With doubts over what’s going on with bentancur we need them ready to step in at any time so them getting decent minutes in games like last night is paramount.

I'm sure he has been called up before when unfit in hope he'd be able to play games.
Considering the two international games are important WC qualifiers against teams in 1st and 3rd, I think he'd have been called up if there was a chance he could even come off the bench.
Saying that, I'm happy for him to be rested until City in the League Cup if he makes it.
