The home games v Villa & WHam should have been 6 comfortable points in the bag.......... That alone is a 9 point swing.

The Fulham loss was our worst loss last season. Just completely inexcusable.
Worst result & performance sure, but reluctantly these things will happen occasionally to even the best of teams; the proverbial bad day at the office.... The games where we perform yet still stupidly piss the result away are far more regrettable IMO.
