Just watched my first England game in the better part of a decade.

When Bellingham scored my heart rate went from 55 to 59.
When Kane scored it jumped to 62 from 58. It had almost gone back to its normal resting rate after the crazy excitement.

At least I know I’m not going to have a heart attack watching England play!!
