Match Everton v Spurs April 3rd

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Based on what?
Kulu can keep the ball and run past opponents. He can also pass and cross.

This season Son can't do any of it consistently unfortunately.

Or I'll put it in different way -
even if Son has higher G+A this season, if Son would have played 0 minutes this season, we would be on more points as things stand. If Kulu would have played 0 minutes, we would be on less points as things stand.

Across the season Kulu creativity has been much needed, also by Son. Without Kulu, ball often wouldn't even reach Sonny.
Based on him seemingly be incapable of going past anyone with the ball, based on him not scoring like he was last season and based on him losing pretty much any ability to cross the ball to anyone in a shirt the same colour as his.

What you described was him last season

So you don’t agree? Sonny who is one of my fav all time Tottenham players has been abysmal and nobody can defend him now. That’s the problem is that because they’ve done well before doesn’t mean they have a god given right to play every week. Same with Hugo. Don’t get me wrong it wouldn’t surprise me if Sonny started and scored a couple but if you analyse his all round game this season he’s basically gave us fuck all apart from a brilliant 20 mins against Leicester as a sub.

He can’t win any headers either or get it over the first defender at corners. Crazy how he’s went from what he was producing last season compared to now.

Looks like they need to see a doctor.

What is the big clamour for Kulusevski? Son is getting a bricking for his off colour performances - then so should Kulusevski.
The guy has been really poor this season
He has been poor at times, but in general he's one of the few players on the team who links play, puts defenses off balance, and makes the team a coherent whole.

Plus getting he and Porro in a comfortable rhythm together down the right is essential for the future.

Want:

Big Man
Rom / Dier / Lenglet
Skipp
Sarr --------- PEH
Porro ----------------------- Kulu
Kane / Son

Right, so when you say x500; you're talking mega-bollocks... You know that yeh?

Be jealous..... :angryscouser:

All that aMbIShUn, "generosity" and them "winning the trf window" in back-to-back seasons really did "embarrass" us!
Im not talking about what the club have spent, or how well. That’s not a debate

miser 1 and miser 2 paid c.30M for Spurs (which I think they borrowed and paid back through a moody share conversion) and invested little since. Moshiri has personally invested >500M if not more

Yes the x500 is an exaggeration but hopefully the point makes sense

I put more into Spurs than Levy does

I wasn't comparing the two, but (now you mention it) both of them are having poor seasons by the standards they set last season.

They are both in poor form, but it's more noticeable when you topped the scoring charts last season.

Last season I would have said buy him - this season I would think long and hard about it

It's incredible the way the LevyBots have managed to propagandize the notion of ENIC collecting literal billions of pounds in inflated asset value of Tottenham Hotspur and not reinvesting a single penny of it as "fiscal prudence".

"They've never taken any money out of the club"

*Walks away with four billion pound profit*

"ENIC is gone, what are you still complaining about?"

Don’t give a fuck about selection or formation. Just smile and take it to them and batter them. Just enjoy smashing a team again.

I think he’s the type of player who is a nightmare to play against. He’s big, aggressive, deceptively quick, can cross, assist and score. I do agree that both those players have not hit the heights of last year but again that comes down to the rigid 3-4-3. All they do is run up in down in straight lines. Most of the season and more lately in deki’s case they look like they are running in treacle.
I also think deki is not in his best position and should start more central and given the freedom to roam. Sonny needs to start playing on shoulders and stop coming to the ball as he’s poor at holding it up. That’s why I’d play him up top with Harry. If not sonny then give Danjuma a game up next to Harry.

You either do not watch the games or have pretty short memory span.
This season there are 6 players in EPL providing more assists than Kulu. 0 in Spurs shirt. Pretty impressive feat without being able to pass or cross, isn't it?

P.S I am not saying that he would be in magnificent form right now; he was better at the start of the season. Son on the otherhand has been constantly shocking. Plus once more - biggest difference between them (with currently both poor at scoring and assisting) is that Kulu can at least keep the ball to Spurs, Son loses it quickly. Also Kulu tracks back lot better. Low bar, but still.

I mean... you seem to confuse LevyBots with having an IQ.

You call out others but you fail to grasp most basic concept. If asset VALUE increases, then you are not COLLECTING anything to REINVEST anything. This is all calculated and estimated value.
Like if you buy a house for 250 000. And across 10 years estimated value goes up to 350 000. It does not mean that you HAVE COLLECTED 100 000. It means that your value is higher but you have 0 penny to show for it on your bank account. This becomes real if you will sell the house for this 350 000. After selling there is moment to talk about reinvesting. But until you own it, you have earned 0.

Let's get some mark-to-market accounting going in the chat.

Fuck' sake man

Must you contaminate every single thread you visit with your Pro Levy propaganda and ENIC R GREAT rants?

:angryscouser:

Let's talk about the game, eh. Two teams going through a sticky time, both on and off the pitch. Neither will want to lose.
