Match Everton v Spurs April 3rd

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Tonight was dreadful.

Romero is mad but at least he shows desire..

My only surprise is that we didn't lose.

Not seen a team with 11 men look so shit and that's partly because we kept that fcuking stupid back 3.

Atrocious performance.

Awful game yet again. No heart and desire, it’s like we don’t even want to win. Really poor at the basics again and spent most of the second half inviting pressure which was only going to end one way. Outplayed as if we were the team facing relegation not challenging for top 4.

I actually thought we played OK until the last fifteen minutes or so. Dier, PEH, Lloris, the ones you all hate, had decent games. They equalised with a golazo, you'd be daft to blame it on one player, it was more a collective mental collapse.

On the stream I was watching, the pundit, Stephen Warnock, put the turning point at that crazy short goal kick routine (why does any team do that, I have yet to see any benefit from any team anywhere) and he could be right.

People can quote Danny Blanchflower and talk about the Tottenham DNA, but having the mental strength of spirogyra* has been one of the constants for a lot of the 50 years I have supported Spurs.

Don't even know where to start with that And even if you were correct in saying we played well up until the last 15 minutes, surely the capitulation in the last 15 against a team sitting in the relegation zone with 10 men invalidates anything that came before? And unforgivable in its own right, when you put it in the context of what was said to this group of players last week by the departing manager. To prove him right in that fashion... jeez where do we even go from here?

Not to mention our lack of creativity across the whole 90, being outbattled pretty much all over the pitch with the exception of Romero and maybe Kane, our inflexible system, fannying about at the back with the suicidal triangles for the umpteenth time this season, and the catalogue of unforced errors from the usual suspects in giving the ball away.

The players with 1 or 2 exceptions are just brain dead and utter cowards. Beyond redemption at this point.

I agree with the DNA bit.

This one was over the minute Kane’s pen went in.

We thought it was won, Everton didn’t.

Simple as.
Yes the players started believing they were 7-0 not realising how lucky they were to be 1 up when playing crap. Romero is one of the main culprits like when he tried to dribble up front instead passing. He basically hit too cocky thinking we’d win it at 1-0 playing v 10. The passing at the back as well just knocking it about slowly.

This Daveebee fella is a bit of a wanker. Wannabe hard man with all the intelligent posts he's making. Tell you what dickhead, fuck off and die.

Well, when Chairman Levy effectively writes the season off with 10 games to go by handing it over to Mason and Stellini, it's hardly surprising the players follow his example.

The disgusting, stinking, fetid, loser mentality permeates from the top of the club down.

Daniel Levy, GET OUT of our club!
Was it levy or the fraud? Surely they could have gone to poch b 4 Jn was available and just told him to take charge. The uplift would have been huge! When the players Learnt stellini would be in charge do you think they would have been inspired!

Skipp gave the ball away far, far more than Dier did and was way less effective in central midfield that PEH was. Penalty aside, Kane wasn't much better that Son and Kulu not much better than either.

We weren't "abysmal", we were OK.

It was a collective shit-the-bed.
Cannot believe we are slagging off Kane. When he leaves at the end of the season just watch our performances and league position.

Well Levy has put himself and the club in a total mess now, a mammoth task awaits him!

Sign a really good DOF
Sign a really good manager
Sell 9-12 almost unsellable players
Sign 4-5 really good players for first 11, and sign about 4-5 good players for the second 11
New contract for Kane, who hates him
Stadium sponsor deal
Get the fans back

Do we think this man who knows zilch about football is getting all those things right?? Because if not, we´re doomed

I’m in a bad mood and I’m having a melt, but those cunts in charge better realise that when Kane leaves, this is a relegation level team.

Zero goals from anyone else and a shit defence.

We are fucking awful.
We've kicked the can down the road, we've atrophied so much everywhere else on the pitch that the cliff we'll fall off is even higher now.

sky sports PL showing HK's 267 goals now...
