Management Fabio Paratici

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

If he comes back your right it will probably be as the ‘chief football officer’ and he would be on the board but unlike Munn with an actual football role rather than some admin bloke. Far as I am aware Lange is the head of technical/scouting so he could easily remain with Paratici as his boss but hard to see Munn and Ange being a part of that.
Yup. Lange and Paratici should be able to work together. And we clearly need to get Fabio or someone similar to him in to replace Munn. An actual football guy to handle the football.

If we cannot convince Fabio to stay we need to go in for Krösche at Frankfurt I think. His resume as a director is quite impressive. Oversaw Paderborn getting promoted from the German third tier all the way to the Bundesliga. Then he took over for Ragnick as DOF at Leipzig. Then he became DOF at Frankfurt in 2021 and got promoted to outright president of the club as a whole in 2023.

If Levy wants Spurs to be a talent factory and home of promising young stars. Krösche would be an ideal appointment.

I hear Paratici is good behind the scenes, things like improving club infrastructure, youth team strategy...all the minor details that we don't see but his transfer record is merely above average, between himself and Lange maybe they could do something recruitment wise.

Seems like he’s coming back then. Defo curtains for Ange. His hands were not dirty from the appointment so he’ll have no qualms dispatching him.
Yes. Good. Paratici has eyes. He can see the shit play we have been playing for months. And he used to sit with the bench, interacting with the players, celebrating goals and groaning at missed chances. Probably couldn't under estimate how much the rubbing of passion was from having a director so close to the actions at the same levels with the players.

Apparently he was shocked with how weak our youth team players were compared to Juve. No doubt the youth has improved since he arrived. He was also behind the policy of paying top youth players properly.

I'd be surprised if Ange is in any plans for next season now. Regardless of it we win the Europa league or not.

Fabio wouldn't have agreed to comeback unless he had some guarantees on strategy and I'm sure doubling down on Ange is not on his priority list. He'll be working on tapping up managers straight away and to send Levy a list of candidates to interview come May
