I can't wait to feel his filthy presence around our club once again. No more ghosting. Back out there behind the players with his mobile in hand, appeasing whichever mafia boss he owes money to making deals and bringing us some quality players.

Yeah I think he’s coming back tbh.

Just saying that Graeme Bailey maybe isn’t that reliable.

He was at the game last night, that probably don’t happen if he’s going to Milan

I want him to stay because he is an experienced operator in the game and we need as many of those as possible at the club with Levy involved. We need to move away from being tied so much to one agency too and I think he would have a role in that.

Yeah agreed. If he could bring inzaghi in too Id be delighted.

Bar at Cb (which could be easily rectified) we actually have a decent squad for a back 3 IMO, porro udogie and spence are all wing backs, Tel, johnson Kulu could all be very effective as SS, with Richie and Solanke at the main striker, could even play them both together. Odobert might be a bit out of shape for it but he apparently is best in the 10 role so could be converted.

Assuming that Romero doesn't move (but he probably will) we should already on paper have enough CBs for a 3 at the back system next season with Vuskovic coming in and if we allow Phillips to remain at the club as a bench option.

Obviously Romero may still move and we may want to have Phillips out on another loan. But it won't take as much tweaking as people think to move to a 3 at the back.

I wouldnt be surprised if he still ends up there. Interesting though he is still hanging about in London enjoying himself.
Can't see Vinai and him working well. Very different characters with very different ideas on how you run a football club. Would rather have Fabio than this ex Gooner turd because Vinai is basically an extension of Levy now... someone else we can vent at instead of the bald tumour.

I's imagine that Scott Munn is off after Paratici returns, unless Levy wants to expand like ManCity with multiple clubs and thinks Munn is the best man to do that.

Otherwise its carving up the responsibilities which might look something like :

Vinny (CEO)
- All commercial stuff such as sponsorships, ticket pricing etc
- Non football events
- Stadium operations

Paratici (MD Football, reporting to Vinny)
- Academy and Development squad
- Medical and Physio staffing
- Football strategy and hiring all football non playing staff

Lange (Technical Director, reporting to Paratici )
- All player recruitment and selling
- All scouting and data led recruitment and analysis operations

First team Manager and Coaching staff (reporting to Paratici)

Levy (Chairman)
- Main focus is property development
- Main reports are CEO, Finance Director and Cullen whatever she does.
